Contract Codes is a third-party government registration company that provides proposal writing and federal contracting training. We help with the registration procedure and offer government contracting services. Our goal is to help companies take advantage of federal procurement possibilities.

2. Client Responsibilities

Customers that hire us to write proposals are required to submit all required paperwork on time. We cannot ensure the preparation and submission of a proposal if the necessary data is not provided on time. Written proposals must be reviewed by clients within 72 hours, or in less time if the proposal's due date is closer.

3. No Guarantee of Contract Awards

By submitting a proposal, your company does not ensure that Contract Codes will receive any federal contracts. It is not always the case that past performance predicts future outcomes. It is entirely your company's responsibility to review your bid's pricing. Contract Codes however can guarantee you three things

We will work as dilligent as we can to provide to provide our service
We will listen to you and value your opinion as our client
We will respect your time and effort that you put in to doing business with us.

4. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is part of our commitment to integrity and outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Use of the Site

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and its services. If you are under 18, please do not use our site.

License: Upon agreement to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the site as per the terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

If you use this site or its services, or are unable to use it, Contract Codes will not be responsible for any damages. This restriction covers all kinds of losses and lawsuits

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel agreements within 48 hours by emailing us directl at juan@thecontractcodes.com. After 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply, not exceeding the full purchase amount. Completed registrations, cannot be canceled or refunded.
